All you ever need is a healthy breakfast that fills you up to energize your day.

But as the days fly by, even thinking about preparing breakfast can tire you out.

Whether you’re a stay-at-home-parent, working-from-home, or an office worker, you’re going to need a filling breakfast.

Stop going to the drive-thru or ordering food and try out these filling breakfasts that are healthy yet simple to make!

What are the most filling breakfasts?

Breakfast and lunch seem so far apart but it doesn’t have to be that way.

In Malaysia, before the COVID-19 pandemic, we would always head to the nearest Mamak for some roti canai, nasi lemak, and a mug of steaming teh tarik.

Long gone were those times and now we are left with cooking up our own breakfast before logging in to work. But it’s not that bad.

At least now we can find healthier options that can fill us up like those Mamak foods – without all the added calories too.

Basically, there are many filling breakfasts for Malaysians that help you stay energized and satisfied longer so let’s get into it.
